3) SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

1. Skin Biology never discloses, rents, or shares any customer information whatsoever. Packages are sent discretely with no visible reference to their contents except for legally required customs information on export shipments.
2. We answer all email - but please be careful to give us your correct email address. Incorrect email addresses are the reason that some mail is not answered. Normally we try to answer within 2 to 3 days. If your message is not answered, please re-send the email. Viruses can block messages and spam filters also block our replies at at times - for example, the word "pheromone" is often blocked.
3. Our goal is to have your order in your hands withing one week of shipping. IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE PLEASE EMAIL OR PHONE US.
4. Ownership of the Product/Order passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (Post Office or Shipping Company) and risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of your Product/Order to the carrier. We have no control over the shipper/carrier.
5. Return Policy:
   
   Cosmeceutical Skin and Hair Products
   
   We are selling high quality, cosmeceutical skin and hair renewal products at reasonable prices which permits our customers to try such new and unique products. Our products have been tested by the world's leading authorities in skin and hair repair. Numerous papers have been published in the past few years in leading medical journals on our products.
   
   Skin Biology does not have the resources for a free sample program - as is done for many low-cost, untested and unproved cosmetic products. However, if you are uncertain about our products, we recommend first trying the low cost Sample Packs of the products of your choice. If you are uncertain about what to order, please email to Contact Skin Biology. We sell the samples at our cost of the products plus the costs of order processing. If you don't see a sample size for sale on our websites, please email us for sample information if you are uncertain about a particular product.
   
   Our products contain common cosmetic ingredients and have passed tests that classified the products as non-allergenic and non-irritating for normal persons. We are not responsible for personal allergies to these common ingredients.
   
   Sample Packs
   
   We sell the sample packs at our cost and sample packs are not returnable. This includes 1 oz sample packs such as CP Serum and Squalane.
   
   Returns of Regular Size Items
   
   All unused and unopened items must be returned for a refund of the product purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, within 30 days . This does not include shipping/handling charges. We review each return package individually once it's received here, and reserve the right to charge a higher restocking fee, up to 50%, if goods are not carefully packed for return. Items must not have been used, opened, or the shrink wrap packaging broken. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of product and do not include shipping/handling costs.
   
   All returns must be issued a return authorization number. Write or email Contact Skin Biology for your authorization number and list the circumstances of the return and condition of the product. Product returned and received in poor condition, i.e. leaking, broken, shrink wrapping broken, etc., are not eligible for a refund. Please take care in packing items authorized for return.
   
   Skin Biology accepts returns on unused and resalable items only, unless there is a product defect. We apologize, but there will be no exceptions to this rule. We cannot allow persons to purchase our full-sized products, sample them, and then ask for refunds. Please purchase our sample sizes first, or ask for a sample size to be prepared if one is not for sale on the site.
   
   Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
   
   We could offer a 100% total guarantee, return policy as is done for many expensive cosmetics but this would require a large increase in our product prices and most of our customers prefer the present system.
   
   Our products work best for people who want improvements in their skin and hair and who also are intelligent, reasonably happy, and successful people. Cosmeceuticals, such as our products, often markedly improve skin and hair health and your appearance, but cosmeceuticals are not for everyone. If you desire a rapid and guaranteed improvement in skin or hair appearance, we believe you might be better served by techniques such as dermabrasion, laser-resurfacing, deep chemical peels or hair transplant.
